Can our children and grandchildren visit us and stay?
Absolutely! We encourage the family to get together as much as possible! Each guest may stay up to 21 consecutive nights a year or 30 non-consecutive nights a year.
While they are visiting, can they use the pool with us?
Definitely. Guests may use the pool; pool hours are limited for children however from 10:30am-1pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult resident.
What are the monthly association dues?
The Groves has a HOA fee of $279/month. Compared to all of Orange County, it is one of the lowest fees, and our community provides, by far, the MOST benefits for its members!
What kind of security is provided?
Our community entry gate is staffed 24 hours a day. All comings and goings of the neighborhood are monitored and recorded. This monitoring does more than provide safety, it reinforces a feeling that this is a private neighborhood.
Do you have connections to bring in a new home?
We have references to help with the coordination to ensure your new home follows all ARC Community New Home Guidelines and has a smooth transition.
