The Community
The community is owned and managed by The Groves Homeowners, Inc., a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation. It was formed in 1986 for the purpose of acquiring and operating the Groves Mobile Home Park. We are both an owner owned and an owner-occupied community, meaning they are no renters or Airbnbs at any time.
As a buyer, you own the home and the land. Because our homes are owner-occupied, our community is stable, closer knit and cohesive. Our residents take great pride in their ownership. Not only are you purchasing a home, but a Share in the Groves Homeowners Membership Certificate. Ownership of the Share provides you all the rights of home ownership and numerous member benefits.
Seemingly unlimited activities and programs available! There is always something going on at The Groves. There is a club or activity for everyone from water aerobics, gardening, ceramics, wood working, chorale, cards, RV outings and many others!
